A little about
makenna

Makenna Bryant is a Charleston based actor. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Oglethorpe University with a degree in Film and Media Studies and Business Administration. As a child, Makenna developed a passion for performing and has never stopped. She has been a participant in the Summer in the City Juilliard Summer Acting Program and is an alumna of the Disney College Program.
Makenna spent many years as a Ballroom Dancer, and Interpretative Choreographer. Her proudest accomplishments in dance have been choreographing and performing interpretive routines for Holocaust Remembrance and Veterans’ Tribute Shows.

In theatre, Makenna played Yvette in Flowertown Players' production of Clue, Ginny in Footlight Players' 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche, and Sarah in the regional premiere of Cadillac Crew. She has been a House Actor at The Black Fedora Comedy Mystery Theatre since March 2023.

In film, Makenna brought Gianna to life in the short film Beat Nick, and Shari Adams in The Ultimate Gift for which she won Best Actress Supporting in the Christian Film Festival. Most recently, she played Davina McNeil is the horror short Impulsive set to premiere this fall.
